The Arts Council of Carteret County in NC is calling for entries for its “23rd Annual Art From The Heart” exhibition to be held Feb. 15 through Mar. 2, 2013, in Morehead City, NC. The non-juried show will open with a public reception on Friday, Feb. 15, with the gallery open free to the public seven days a week. The Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours will be held on Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013.
Artist Registration for “Art From the Heart” will be held Friday, Feb. 8 and Saturday, Feb. 9, from 10am – 4pm, and Sunday, Feb. 10, from 9am – 1 pm. “Art From the Heart” is open to artists 18 years of age and older. Artists from Carteret, Craven, Pamlico and Onslow counties are encouraged but not required to be members of the ACCC to participate in this show.
Artists from counties other than those four counties must be members of the ACCC to enter the exhibition.
The location for the exhibition will be units 6 and 7 at the Morehead Plaza on Arendell Street in Morehead City, NC (just west of Lowe’sFood Store in Morehead Plaza).
