Lancaster County Council of the Arts in Lancaster, SC, Calls for Entries for Marian Hagins Memorial Arts Competition

Artists high-school age and up in Lancaster County, SC,  are encouraged to enter works in the annual Marian Hagins Competition, sponsored by Lancaster County Council of the Arts, Lancaster Arts League, and Marian Hagins Family. Works should be delivered between Aug. 25-31, 2011, from 9am-5pm to the Springs House, 201 West Gay Street, Lancaster, SC 29720.

A reception to award prizes and honor the artists will be held Sept. 11, 2011 from 3-5pm at the Springs House.  Interested artists should call 803/285-7451 or e-mail (djaillette@yahoo.com) for information and applications.
