The Art Trail Gallery in Florence, SC, asks for your participation in the upcoming Holiday Show opening Nov. 8, 2011. The exhibit will feature original works that are made from wood, fiber, ceramics, or jewelry.
Wood may include things like wood carving, pyrography, painting, wood turning, furniture, scrollwork, puzzles, toys, etc.
Fiber includes items such as handmade paper, paste papers, marbling, handmade books, knitting, crocheting, quilting, needlework of all sorts, fashion accessories, clothing, screen printing on tee shirts, bags, cardboard furniture, and more.
Ceramics includes pottery, porcelain, porcelain dolls, and nature’s ceramics – shells, etc.
Jewelry – is pretty wide open and includes all types. Just make sure that it can be displayed in a secure case.
In response to requests from artists the Holiday Show will also feature the Painters’ Nook and the Corner Shoppe.
The deadline for entries is Oct. 28, 2011.
Artists can participate in any single component or all components of the exhibit. Works can be for sale or for exhibit only. There is no fee for participation!
