In partnership with the Arts Council of York County the Ag + Art Tour is now accepting applications for artists and artisans interested in participating in the 2015 Ag + Art Tour in York County, SC. The Ag + Art Tour began in 2012 in York County, SC, as a weekend-long, self-guided tour that brought visitors to farms and farm stands across the county where they were able to see first-hand where their food came from, and engaged with artists who were working and performing on-site. In 2013, Lancaster County, SC, joined the tour, bringing the experience to a new community of farmers, artists, and patrons. In 2014, the tour became the Catawba Regional Ag + Art Tour, with the addition of two additional counties – Chester and Fairfield. The 2015 Tour has grown to include Union County. The tour remains a free, weekend-long, self-guided tour where everything is handmade and homegrown in the four participating counties.
