Our Mission:  Artstock collectively represents individual visual artists in the greater Greensboro area by annually presenting our Studio Tour the second weekend of October. By promoting the distinctive talent of each artist, we in turn focus on and celebrate the creativity within our broader local community.

This year’s slogan is “Fine Art Entrepreneurs.”  By definition, artists are entrepreneurs, yet the public often forgets that these creative personalities, just like other individual professionals such as doctors, accountants and lawyers, they have to run a business while having to practice their craft.  What some think of as a hobby, these professional artists make their livelihoods through their creative talent.

Artstock seeks to expose these individual artists to the surrounding community for the entrepreneurs they are and highlight the creative talent that brings our lives validation, historical documentation and meaning.
